In October, over 97% of our patients rated their treatment as Excellent or Very Good and 100% would recommend Hope Fertility to other patients.

We are very proud of these results as they reflect the service and attention to detail provided by the staff in our clinic.

After every treatment, we ask our patients to complete a survey form to provide us feedback on their experiences and to help us understand how our services and support are viewed through their eyes. We strive for excellence in all that we do and it is encouraging to receive positive comments. However we understand that we do not always get things right and the patient survey is an excellent tool to identify the areas for improvement. Each survey is reviewed by the Nursing Lead Practitioner, Lead Embryologist and Unit Manager to understand what we are doing well and equally important to identify the areas where we need to improve.
